Grants Available
Grants are awarded through a competitive grant-making process to charitable organizations with the best projects and programs. A "Request For Proposals" will be issued by the Foundation to announce when funding is available.
Alcoholics Recovery Fund
Established to further the public’s awareness of the disease of alcoholism, its dangers and effective solutions; support organizations providing alcoholic treatment and rehabilitation; or provide funds to those with no financial resources for treatment, rehabilitation, and training.

Josephine Dorgan Carney Fund
Established to further the protection of women and children’s property and other rights.

Chandler Capital Campaign Fund
Provides capital support for new buildings to those organizations serving a community need.

Bertha Marie Dorgan Fund
Provides support for programs addressing zero population control.

Supports programs promoting planned parenting.

Irene Kay Fund
Supports programs that aid and assist in research and prevention of lung cancer.

Supports programs that help disadvantaged females who need assistance maintaining a safe, healthful and comfortable life.

Supports organizations which directly or indirectly promote public interest in art and classical music.
